Ninja Kangaroo Parcel Support Summary

1. Haven’t received your parcel?

  • Track your parcel from your Ninja Kangaroo account.
  • If delayed, contact us within these timeframes:
    • FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, ECMS: 7–90 days
    • EMS: 30–180 days
    • Airmail, Small Airmail: 45–180 days
    • Surface: 90–270 days
    • Ninja Express: 30–90 days
  • Contact us via email cs0466@ninjakangaroo.com.
  • Investigations may take time.

2. Parcel damaged or missing items?

  • Report within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Provide detailed issue description and these photos:
    1. Outer & inner packaging
    2. Damaged items
    3. Our ID code on the box
    4. Invoice of the parcel
  • Keep all packaging for investigation.
  • Insurance may not cover minor damages (e.g., junk items, outer packaging).

3. Parcel stuck at customs?

  • Contact the local shipping company for next steps.
  • Download the invoice.

4. Customs requires proof of payment?

  • Shipping fee proof: Take a screenshot from your Order tab.
  • Item price proof: Provide a screenshot or product link.
  • If unavailable, contact Ninja Kangaroo Support.
